This policy explains what Bible First: Screen Time Lock ("the app") collects and how it is used. We do not sell your data and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Stays on your device
The apps and websites you choose to guard. They are selected with Apple's Screen Time framework and are represented by opaque tokens that never leave your iPhone.
Camera frames used to recognise your open Bible. They are processed on the device and are not stored or uploaded.
What we receive
Anonymous account id. Created so your progress, streaks and friends can work. If you sign in with Apple and choose to share your email, we receive it.
AI chat messages. Text you type in the chat is sent to our server to produce a reply. Please do not enter anything you would not want processed. Chat text can reveal personal beliefs, so we treat it with care and do not use it for advertising.
Purchases. Subscription status and purchase transactions come from Apple. We also share them with Adapty (our subscription service) under an anonymous profile id.
Usage events and device id. Anonymous events such as onboarding and paywall steps, an app-specific device identifier and, if you allow notifications, a push token. They are not linked to your account.
How we use it
To run the app, deliver notifications you allowed, understand which screens work, and handle subscriptions. We do not use it for tracking or advertising.
Service providers
Apple (App Store, notifications, Sign in with Apple), Adapty (subscription management) and our hosting provider. They process data only to provide those services.
Retention and your choices
You can delete the app at any time. To have your account data deleted, write to support@biblefirst.click and we will respond within 30 days. You can turn off Screen Time access, notifications and camera access in iOS Settings.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
